Allow the prepared solution to sit for 15 minutes to fully activate prior to use.
Apply to all dry wood surfaces using a pump-up garden sprayer.
Allow cleaner to sit on the wood surface for 30 minutes before rising off thoroughly using a pressure washer.
For best results, do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces. If surface becomes dry, mist with water to reactivate cleaner.

Once wood surface has been cleaned, rinsed and has dried completely, SEAL-ONCE products can be applied.
Allow approximately 4-6 hours for surface to dry completely, depending on temperature and humidity before applying SEAL-ONCE Wood Sealers.
For best results, allow 12-24 hours for surface to dry.
Clean sprayer equipment, sponges and brushes with warm soapy water.
Disposal: soap and water cleanup; no special disposal procedure needed.
Do not use SEAL-ONCE All Wood Cleaner on surfaces that have been sealed or stained with SEAL-ONCE products as it will remove the product and require the surface to be resealed.
Surfaces that have been treated with SEAL-ONCE can be cleaned using a mixture of 1 gallon warm water, 14 oz. bleach, and 1 oz. of Dawn® dish detergent. Apply this cleaning solution with a sprayer and allow to sit for 20 to 30 minutes on the wood surface before rinsing with water using a garden hose with a nozzle.
This cleaning solution can be used to remove airborne mold and mildew stains, dirt and grime from the wood surface. SEAL-ONCE will prevent and resist any water, mold and mildew penetration.
